Worthy Appeal Information???

If i appeal, my focus will be on improvement of grades. From my sophomore year to junior year, my UC GPA went from a 3.83/3.67 to a 4.2/4.0. I'm going to include my senior year grades which was a 4.6. Is this information new and compelling enough for them to reconsider? I know high grades senior year aren't used for appeals, but mine isn't exactly about high grades.

you’ll never know until you try.

I don’t know if that alone will do it for ya.

Well i guess i have no choice but to try.

Would there be any consequences for submitting my SIR to another UC if i don’t want to wait for a reply? I don’t want to lose a chance at submitting my housing application early just because i was waiting to get rejected.

definitely plan on sending your SIR to another UC/university and be prepared to go there, because it’s not guaranteed that you’ll receive a reply before may 1st and the appeal admit rate is pretty low, < 5%.

Does sending in the housing application early make much of a difference? As in sending it in right now. Or i should just wait right before May 1st to send my SIR/housing app?

I would wait. It doesn’t matter when you accept admission or turn in your Housing Application.
