Would 4 W's affect my transfer application?

Hey guys, I have a hypothetical question.

Because of academic calendar differences, I attended a university in Australia for less than a semester before receiving my decision from my current US university and deciding to enrol there. Therefore I had to completely drop out of the Aussie university, and on my transcript from there are 4 W’s.

Question is, if I were to transfer, do you think those 4 W’s will in any way affect my admission decision? Thanks

I honestly doubt it. Normally it would look bad but your just explain the situation on the application - it isn’t like you were failing or anything.
