Would a great SAT be good enough?

I would just like to hear your views on this. I am an international student.
My EC is something like this-

1) Member of the school quiz team. Have won prizes at national and state level.
2) Member of the school editorial board.
3) Have won a few prizes in creative writing, have gotten published twice in a national magazine.
4) Have reached semis/quarters of a few city-level tennis tournaments.
5) Have won a prize in school choir.

Academics-
1) Winner of National Science Talent Search Scholarship
2) Among the top five hundred in Science Olympiad (National Rank 76)
3) 5th in State Maths Olympiad

Grades-
9th Grade- Rank 2/37
10TH Grade- We have the board exam of five subjects. Four A1s and one A2.
11th Grade- Rank 4/37

Have done community service this summer.

I am also trying to get a novel published. So would this, coupled with a good/great SAT score be enough for Cornell or any other Ivy League college? Or is it too thin and spaced out?

Comments greatly appreciated
Cheers
Gautam
