I'd appreciate your opinions on this little dilemma I'm having.

I'm currently a prospective Asian Studies major with a focus on Japan, so I'm looking to be employed in a sector related to Japan/Asia after college. However, because of my predilection for math in the past, I only need three more math courses for a minor.

The thing is that I can't really see myself in a situation where that qualification would do me a great deal of good (why not just hire a math major?) and am wondering if I should bother with those GPA-deflating three extra classes that could go towards my major.

I do like math but certainly don't love it (maybe a 7/10), so I'm not dying to take a course in abstract algebra or topology, and yet it's only three more classes...

What do you think?
