Would a school still accept grades from a school I didn't report?

I submitted all my college apps a while ago but I failed to mention that I took a few classes at the Community College. they weren't major classes (dance, piano) and only one major one (chemistry). I received good grades in all of my classes.

Except for this last semester, I took a Class Piano 2 and Flamenco class but I thought I did really bad in them. I talked to my Guidance Counselor and he said not to worry about it. They aren't that important as my high school classes. So I didn't report them.

I barely got my final grades for the CC courses and I did very well in them in fact.
Is there a possibility to send my transcript to the colleges I applied to, even though I didn't report them in the first place? Will it hurt my chances not to?

it wont hurt them but i don’t think you can because its past the deadline.

chance me
