I suspect they have held some rooms. I understand your concern. We noticed that some 4 room suites had two or three names listed but only one opening…so that other room had to go somewhere. Also, someone told me (at US, I can’t remember who) that they will have enough honors housing. However, having said that, I know we experienced anxiety, too. Good luck.

the student - i am not following you. ???

oh i get it so there were, for example, two names listed and one opening, thus another opening (even though not listed).

“someone told me (at US)” what is US?

i think it will all work out … but with the reports coming back from room picking nights … sounds like the supersuites are mostly full (or at least appear to be).

My son pointed out that many of the current freshmen chose to live on campus for the sophomore years for a variety of reasons, and that may explain why many of the suites are filled. If they are NM students, they receive honors housing as part of their package, so they want to continue to take advantage of that. Some do not have cars, so they may have a tough time commuting to campus without wheels. Others just want to be on campus because they have jobs or are heavily involved in activities.

Do not worry. There will be honors housing available.

heck, if my DD was getting housing as part of her package, she would be living on campus, too!!

US is what you type when you meant to type UA and didn’t. sorry!
