<p>Hello, guys.
I'm a junior in High School who wants to be a Music Education major, but needs to stay in state financially.
My SAT score was an 1800 and my GPA is a little under a 3.
I've looked into Rutgers, but am not sure what to make of their program. Are there any other in-state programs I should consider?
Thanks!
(P.S. I think I posted this somewhere else, but not in the Music Major Forum, so I'm sorry if that was against the rules. I just joined. :P) </p>
<p>I assume you are looking for NJ State Schools.</p>
<p>Montclair State – <a href=“John J. Cali School Of Music - Montclair State University”>John J. Cali School Of Music - Montclair State University;
William Patterson – <a href=“B.M. Music Education | William Paterson University”>http://www.wpunj.edu/coac/departments/music/undergraduate/ed.dot</a></p>
<p>Thanks! I was actually wondering, though, if I could get advice from someone who has actual experience going to these schools.</p>
