Would applying as Undeclared increase chances of acceptance?

I’m uneasy about declaring Biology as my major because I don’t know if I would stand a chance. I’m wondering if I were to apply as Undeclared if my chances would be higher than if I applied for Biology. Can I please get someone’s advice? I’m really stuck on this.

Here’s my stats:
GPA: 3.5
SAT I: 1940
ACT: 29
Top 15% of Class

I’m applying to:
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC Santa Barbara
UC Santa Cruz
UC Riverside

Is Biology in high demand at any of these schools?

It probably won't change much. Most of these schools say that, if you're applying to the general liberal arts college college within each school, what you put down as your major really doesn't matter. They could be lying, but they say it. Yes, biology is in high demand at all of those schools for many reasons, but will that change anything? Probably not.
