Would applying without SAT Subject scores be foolish?

I favor the ACT over the SAT and I intend to apply to Penn CAS through ED. I have no intention of writing any SAT Subject Tests and that's acceptable to Penn because they accept the ACT in lieu of the SAT and SAT Subject Tests.

Do you think that applying with just an ACT score would greatly compromise my application?

I think that is fine. There are already english, math, science, and writing components to the ACT.

It’s fine, but if you have time, might as well register for the SAT IIs. The curve is fairly easy so may look more impressive overall. If you didn’t do well, just don’t submit them :D.
