Would attending Stanford Summer College help with admissions?

Hi guys, so I'm a rising senior applying to Stanford in the fall. I will be attending their Summer College over the summer as a high schooler for 8 weeks taking classes with undergrads. Does Stanford have a higher likelihood of accepting participants in these kinds of programs? Also, if I were to make a good impression on one of my professors, could I get a letter of rec? Thanks in advance! If anyone wants to chance or has advice..

ACT: took twice, second time on my birthday, so grades obviously lower:/ can I only submit my first set?
