Would being a full-time flvs student hurt my chances for getting accepted into the ivies?

I am torn between going to a mediocre high school or going to FLVS, which pretty much has the same classes as my zoned school, (AP/honors, ect.) I can finish my classes on FLVS faster and I like the teachers there better. I also have more time for golf/tennis & piano if I do flvs. I don’t know. I know ECs are really important too, FLVS and my zoned school have pretty much the same clubs and things (which I’m involved in on FLVS) (there’s not much variety at either place)… I’ve already finished freshman year on FLVS with all A’s (except for one B in the first quarter) and I really want to continue on FLVS because of the flexibility, but if it will hurt my chances for Yale or Harvard or Princeton I’d prefer not to… Should I stay on FLVS or switch to a ‘normal’ highschool?! Help?!

Online schooling will not hurt your chances, so long as you are taking the same rigorous curriculum you would be at your base high school (which, from your description, you would be).

@guineagirl96 okay, thank you!
