On the common app, it asks where my dad went to college. If I leave it blank, will they know that it means he didnt go to college?
<p>if ur doin it by hand, u can just put a line across it, so they know u saw the question; or you can put N/A (not available)...or you can just put none</p>
<p>No, blank means you don't know the name of the college your dad went to, or you accidently skipped the question. Writing the word, "none" tells them what you mean.</p>
<p>Is putting N/A ok? I tried to write the word None in there but when I preview it, it shows up as blank.</p>
