Hi, I got waitlisted for Data Science at UCI. I am currently in my second semester of senior year, and I am thinking about dropping my Calculus 2 class. I attend a Middle College and my Calculus 2 class is a college course counting as both High School and College credit. I don’t mean to come off as presumptuous or anything since I was waitlisted, but I want to be prepared ahead of time before its too late, as the deadline for dropping without a fail and getting only a W is fast approaching. If I drop this class, I will just have my High School classes (English and Gov/Econ) and an intro to electronic music course. I already got a W my first semester of my senior year (I noted on my UC application), but will a second W be grounds for rescinding should I get accepted to UCI?
