Would I be able to get into a good BS/MD Program with my credentials?

Hey! Well It's almost time for me to start applying for colleges (going into junior year) and I've always had my sights set on medicine. So I was wondering if someone with my credentials has a chance of getting into either a BS/MD or BA/MD (preferably BS/MD) program.

Class Rank - Top 10% (maybe 5% I'm not completely sure), class size is around 300 students

SAT I - I haven't taken it yet but my practice tests are all coming out to be in the 2200-2400 range

SAT II - I've only taken Biology so far and I got a 750, will be taking Math II and Chemistry

AP - AP Biology (4), AP US History (undisclosed, I'm not the best at history)

Extracurriculars (School) - Varsity Tennis, Debate Club, NHS, Student Council

Extracurriculars (Out of School) - Hospital Volunteering (110 hours so far), shadowing doctors, over 700 hours of lab work, a little volunteering at the American Heart Association (maybe 10ish hours), won gold and bronze at local science fair (middle school), & working on publishing a scientific paper(s)

CLASSES

Freshman - Honors Geometry, Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors US History, Gym, English I (highest for freshman), Spanish II, Robotics

Sophomore - AP Biology, AP US History, Pre-Calc, Honors English (highest), Composition & Communication (required)

Junior - AP Chemistry, AP English, AP Psychology, AP Calculus BC, Spanish III, Physics I Mechanics

Senior - Not sure but probably AP Economics, AP English, AP Physics, Organic Chemistry, and yet to be determined classes

So what are my chances?

You’re on the right track, but this year will make a huge difference. In the future, please post in the BS/MD forum here:
