Would I be able to get into an Ivy?

Well, I know this is the question that everyone is asking but my situation is a little unusual. For my sophomore year I went to China. Let me explain my background first.

For primary, middle school and freshman year I was in a fairly small school system (80 students per class). I was the top student in my class with a 4.0 GPA for all of middle school and freshman year.

My activities were:
Student Council (During middle school and primary school)
Yearbook (Freshman year)
Art Club (During middle school)
Honors Orchestra (1st Violin during middle school, continuing in orchestra classes during high school)
Private violin lessons (during Freshman year)
Private piano lessons (for 8 years)
Tennis Team (during Freshmen year, varsity)
Interact Club (Interact club is a school group that helps provide food on the weekends for children in our school system who receive free or reduced lunch programs)
Distributions (Monthly food distributions at the local community services)
English Club (In China, a club where we all practiced English together)
Ohio Model United Nations (I participated from 7th grade to Freshman year, winning first and second prizes in two of the essay contests, receiving second place for a talent and speaking in Human Rights Council)
Track (I participated in track in 7th grade and running club in 8th, then ran 5th place on the mile in China in the school sport meeting)
Science internship at Oberlin College (For two summers so far, I have worked with a Geology professor at the local college. I collected data from deep sea dive tapes, classified and labeled shells that the college received from a collector in the Virgin Islands, took detailed pictures of shells for research using an SEM machine and started working on a research project determining the rate of decalcification of a type of local shell)
Academic Challenge (Freshman year, junior varsity)
Ski Club (Freshman year, I reached the dark blue sticker and started working on my black sticker on the last session – black being the highest level)
Science Club (In China, where we did physics experiments in Chinese and I tried to basically understand the concepts)

After freshman year, I went on a year exchange program with AFS to China. This was an amazing experience, but I didn't learn a ton of regular school subjects (math, history, science, etc). I have the credits but not the knowledge. Now this year, my mother is a Peace Corps director in Guyana (a small South American country) so I will be moving there for at least half a year. I also will probably spend a month in Italy visiting my boyfriend, but that's another story. My current plan is to attend boarding school for senior year, after I get back from Guyana. These are my basic plans for high school, which don't include a TON of traditional schooling but hopefully enough to get into college. What do you guys think? If I write a good essay what kind of school would be a "target" for me, and what would be a "reach"? My PSAT score was 206 and my Explore was 25. The other tests I haven't taken yet.

You definitely have a shot at an Ivy. Your unconventional life, your ECs, and your grades make you a good shot to get into an Ivy. There’s no 100% chance for anybody, but if you’ve got your heart set on an Ivy, I would definitely apply if I were you.
