I'm just wondering if my stats would be considered for acceptance at an ivy league school.

ACT score: 33 Composite; 30 English, 34 Math, 32 Science, 36 Reading, 9 Essay
SAT Score: 2020 (poor I know); 590 CR, 720 Math, 710 English
-Taking SAT again in June

GPA unweighted: 3.9/4
weighted: 4.3/4.7

Assuming Top 5%, not sure until class ranks are released senior year.

Yea, everything’s pretty impressive except for working at the 7/11 (sorry) but I guess no work is better than none. Your scores are all pretty good. You don’t have to submit both SAT and ACT for many schools, so you could just submit your ACT. I just took it and got a 33 too, and I only got a 2060 on my SAT so I’m kind of in the same situation. However, did you take any AP/IB classes? If not, then that could be a strike against you. All in all, it depends on the school. Are we talking lower ivies like Cornell, or higher like Harvard?

Consideration? Yeah, probably, but a little more likely if you can get your SAT score up just a tiny bit. But at that level, anything further than “consideration” is impossible to determine, because it’s such a crapshoot (my god, after being on this website for these past few weeks, I hate that word. lol)

you’d probably have a high chance at cornell I’m going there and i’m pretty disappointed in the stats of a lot of people :P. but still you have a chance !
