Would I Check "Other"?

<p>My father was born in Greece, making me 50% Greek
Mother born in New Jersey making me 50% American</p>

<p>I believe i check "other" and write Greek American</p>

<p>Is this right?</p>

<p>You're Caucasian/white. Not differentiation is made between Greek/Italian/French/German/etc -Americans and others (who are they same thing but whose ancestors immigrated generations earlier).</p>

<p>But go ahead and check other is you feel it's appropriate</p>

<p>I would just check Caucasian. Doing other wise and then writing Greek American makes it seem like your trying to play the race card when you really don't have it, and might bias them towards the rest of your app, even if only slightly.</p>
