<p>Im a senior, I live in California, my class rank is in the top 24% and my weighted gpa is 3.4 and unweighted is 2.6, I am retaking the SATs but on my first attempt I got a 1378 I do extra curricular activities but one big factor is that I got D+ in the second semester of english my sophomore year but I am retaking it in senior supplement, and I fear that the colleges in November when I apply are going to immediately not give me a chance because of that one bad grade. Is there a way that they might be able to be told that or will they just not even pay attention to my admission?</p>
<p>CSU should be okay. But UC is “maybe”, depend on UC what?</p>
<p>So I will be able to get into a CSU Channel Islands or Fullerton? And UC Merced or UC Riverside.</p>
<p>As long as, I know SFSU or SJSU should be okay. I lived in the Bay Area for 4 years, even not graduated from both school, but do have some close friends are from there. Both of them are not that hard. (Even for international students who doesn’t speak English well.)</p>
<p>Alright cool! SFSU has been an option of mine so its great knwoing that I could get in! Thank you I have been worried about not being able to get into a CSU, but you don’t think I would be able to get into CSU Channel Islands?</p>
<p>You probably won’t get into a UC or SFSU, but maybe CSU Channel Islands (and i dont know anything about fullerton, sorry)</p>
