Hi all, I’m currently a junior in the Frisco area of North Texas. It’s very competitive here and my high school is full of cheaters so many kids have high GPAs but low ranks. Currently my gpa is 3.89 and my rank is 143/526. I got a 1990 on my SAT (660 CR and 620 Math) I have all A’s, some are low and some are high but I’m barely top 27%. By the end of senior year I would have taken 5 AP classes. Our school has a CTEC building where I have taken two years of clinical rotations where I have gotten my CNA and my EKG certification. Is this enough for Baylor? Espcially to go as a nursing major? I had a meltdown a couple of days ago because I was worried that since I’m not the top quartile of my school I’d be rejected. Does anyone know if baylor recognizes some school districts as extremely competitive versus others? Any feedback is appreciated.
