Would I have a better chance of getting into Upenn through early decision or the ncm?

My sat is 2120, gpa 101, I have two subject tests over 700, and a bunch of relevant extracurriculars. So if I qualify for the ncm, would it be better to attempt to match to upenn, or simply apply Ed?
