Would I have a chance?

I am a non-U.S. citizen Asian who has lived in a U.S. commonwealth for 12 years.

SAT is 2290
SAT II Math 2 740 (man, Barron's prep book made me think Math 2 was sooooo hard so i studied the wrong things :S)
Physics 650 (I know, it's bad :( only studied mechanics in school)
GPA 4.0 without the +1 GPA from APs
Small school, rank 1 among seniors (again, small school, 20 seniors)
Various extracurricular activities from speech, athletics, band activity, academic competitions

Schools I am applying to:
MIT
CalTech
UC Berkeley
U of M Ann Arbor
Stanford
Harvard

how much do I stand a chance?

Thanks

heh.

what's your weighted gpa?
specific extracurriculars?

The United States isn't a commonwealth.

well, this place is called the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, and it's a part of the U.S. :P

Weighted... lets see.. I forgot that one. If I say 4.1~4.2, would that make sense?
Also, extracurriculars:
Vocal in a band
Basketball/Volleyball team for various years
School Newspaper editor in chief
Senior President
Student Council Treasurer (junior year)
Church Student Council President
Mock Trial team
National Forensics League (speech)

stuff like that.

for APs, I took 2 on junior year, and I am currently taking 5...

undesputed:

UCB: Slight Reach (out of state)
