I'm in ILR, but I'm probably more adjusted for engineering-type stuff. I want an ILR degree so I can go into the law/business field, but I also want a very strong engineering/science background.

How flexible is the ILR program in accomadating other non-ILR classes? Would it be more tuition too? Stress factors? Opinions please!

I wouldn't recommend it, unless you're masochistic. You can take engineering classes as "electives", when you have room for non-ILR classes, if you really want to.

if you really want a strong engineering/science background, then just choose an engineering major. you can still do law afterwards. a lot of engineers do.

i don't know of anyone who has done it, but i'm sure it's possible. I wouldn't suggest it your first semester here, know what you are getting yourself into. There are a lot of required course for ILR and a comp eng class can be two times the workload of an ILR class.

One of my friends in ILR took all of the pre-med requirements as an undergrad and is now in med school. Additionally, a lot of the OR and CIS courses in the engineering school are very relevant to some areas of ILR study.
