When asking my teachers do my evaluations to say something like "Help me as much as you can." or "I need your help for admission, please give me high marks." or even "My best chance would be if you say I am one-of-kind and amazing, please say this and help me get in."?

I want to let my teachers know that just a little bit of writing for them makes a big impact on my application. How would you tell your teacher to "be generous"?

Hopefully you asked teachers with whom you have a good enough a relationship that you don’t have to even ask that.
With that said, all teachers know how to write recs and how important they are. They are going to do their best to help you.

One of my teachers last year asked me what I wanted to put on her recommendation when I asked her for one. I dictated several things to her, she wrote them out, and I looked it over and either re-worded it or ok’d it. Then, after they were printed, I stuffed envelopes myself and mailed them myself. So, I basically ended up writing a recommendation letter for myself.

On the other hand, the other teacher whom I asked for a recommendation was more traditional and old-school. I was given no input on the process, and she wrote and mailed the recommendation letters herself. To this day, I still do not know the contents of that recommendation letter, but I assume that it represented my interests reasonably well.

It depends on the teacher, but it is never considered “rude” to ask for such a favor. As mentioned by the previous poster, they are there to help you, after all.
