Would it be too late to send in the January SAT I score?

I know most of the colleges I am applying to accept scores from January test date; however, the application deadline is before the January test date and my old (worst score I ever had) SAT I score will be sent with my SAT II score from December. Are they going to wait for my new SAT, or they will begin reading my application as soon as the December score is in? I have a 30 on the ACT and 1170/1600 on the SAT I. Would that low score affect me even if I am sending the ACT as well?

Yeh i need an answer to this too

I don't know whether they'll consider JAN sats, but if they get your ACT and SAT they will take the better score.

As always, contact the specific school.

I know some schools will accept scores from tests taken in the deadline month. So even if the deadline is the first of the month, they'll accept a test taken anytime during that month.

But again, contact the specific school(s) for their specific requirements.

If the college says it will accept Jan scores, it will accept Jan scores and re-review your app when they arrive.

If the college hasn't looked at your application yet and they get the Jan. sat scores, will they still consider them even though they are past due?

I'm taking the sat subjects for Dec, but I would still like to retake the SAT. It would be pretty awesome if I still have an opportunity to make them higher.
