Would Northeastern rescind my offer of admission if I dropped a class?

I’m currently taking AP Statistics as my math course since I already took AP Calculus my junior year. My class is awful–it’s 15 boys and only 4 girls, and the boys scream across the room, throw things, completely talk over my teacher when she is teaching, walk around the room during class and make rude comments, and are generally impossible to be around. It doesn’t help that my teacher is too nice to discipline them, so they know they can do whatever they want and she won’t do anything about it. All she does is simply try to talk over them, which never works.
Due to this, I have been doing poorly on all of the tests and quizzes we’ve gotten since we barely ever finish the notes in class. I have a B (an 84) in the class currently, but I still have one more test and the final, and I am notorious for doing terrible on math finals no matter how much I study.
The main reason I would want to drop the class is because of the behavior; every day I walk out of the class angry and frustrated and annoyed, and I can’t stand being in that class anymore because I can’t learn or focus, and the frustration is too much to bear every single day.
The only thing I’m worried about is if Northeastern accepts me (I applied ED), would they rescind my offer if I were to drop the class? Or, God forbid, if I got a C?

They won’t rescind for a C.

If you get in ED, email and ask if it would be acceptable / not a violation of your admissions offer to drop the class. Presumably you won’t have to make the decision before then.

You, or your parents, should complain to the principal.

@TomSrOfBoston I’ve already talked to my counselor about it, but there isn’t much she can do. She said she’s talked to my teacher, and my teacher explained to her that it’s even worse than how I explained it to be, but I’m not sure what else can be done.
It’s just frustrating because I just want to learn and do well, but my classmates couldn’t care less about others learning as long as they have fun.
