Would Oct. act w/ writing make a Dec 1st deadline?

<p>So I know taking the ACT with writing slows down the official reports being sent out. Question is: would my Oct 23rd ACT w/ writing make it to a college in time for a Dec. 1st scholarship deadline? I know the ACT site says 5-8 weeks for writing to be sent out, but has anyone had theirs sent out earlier than that before? :)</p>

<p>The only way I'm going to be able to go to this college is if I'm considered for scholarships. So it'll be quite a bummer if I miss the deadline because of the stupid act scores being too slow. :/</p>
