Would sending an extra rec increase or decrease my chances

I am applying as a transfer applicant to some top economics programs. I know that I got a fantastic recommendation from my economics professor, and a pretty good one from my honors calculus prof.

I am wondering if I should send an extra recommendation to each college from my twelfth grade Social Studies and European History AP teacher. I am 99% sure that she would check the "outstanding" box (top 1%) for all or most of the options and give me the best recommendation ever. This could give me the edge I need to get accepted to these competitive schools. Unfortunately, colleges don't specifically ask for a high school recommendation, or any additional recommendations to be sent. Is it worth the risk?

It definitely won’t count against you! Go for it!

Does anyone with admissions experience or knowledge care to comment? Should I phone the universities and ask them?

Also, should I get her to fill out the Common App Teacher Evaluation or get her to write a letter?
