Would the applicant have been notified if third quarter grades were requested?

<p>I was just wondering because my school let out a day early because of weather and midterms (which I was well prepared for and would have definitely helped my chem+eng grades) were delayed until late march. If the applicant wasn't notified, would the GC have been notified?</p>
