my name on admission ticket is Matthew
while on my passport it is Mathew
would they not let me in due to this discrepancy? like double t and a single t?
my SAT is on june 1

While they technically could (the rules say the ticket must match your ID) I don’t think it will be a huge deal. Put on a smile and be as polite as possible. If they notice the mistake, laugh it off as a simple typo. Good luck!

One thing you cannot change in the student profile at collegeboard is your name.

You can make corrections online. At the test itself, you are supposed to enter the information exactly as it is on your admission ticket, even if it’s incorrect, to make sure it matches.

Lol oh that’s awkward… Could you cancel and re-sign up?

Call them on the phone, I heard they can change your name in the database, and let you reprint the ticket. Try this, and report back so future people with this problem can get linked to this thread.

Call them. My S’s last name was spelled incorrectly. He called yesterday and now his registration and ticket are correct. You will want the registration to match what the colleges will receive when you apply. I fretted too, but correcting was easy.
