Would this be a crazy schedule?

So here's the deal. I'm looking to transfer to a CSU/UC: SJSU, CSULB, CAL POLY SLO, UCSC, or UCD (Long shot). I have a 2.96 GPA right now. I understand i'm not eligible for TAG and my gpa is not the best. I want to transfer by next Fall (2015). Below is a schedule that would give me the Associate in Science for Transfer in Business Administration degree and grant me an additional 0.1 to my gpa. Should I follow this schedule (as long as I pass all my classes) and get the degree and guarantee admission to any CSU? Can you tell me how hard are the classes im taking? Math is not my strongest subject so I know thats the only one i would be needing help with.

Fall 2014

Financial Accounting (4)
HIST 201 U.S. History through 1877 (3)
MATH 241 Applied Calculus I (5)
PLSC 310 California State & Local Government (3)
PE Fitness 119 (2)

17units

Spring 2015

Math 242 Applied Calculus II (3)
Communication Public Speaking 110 (3)
Business Law 201 (3)
Managerial Accounting (4)
Anthropology 125 (3)
Antropology 126 Lab (1)

17 units

Did you look at assist.org to see what classes you need to take for those schools? Just to make sure you’re on the right track. I know for a fact that the 4/5 unit classes will be on the hard side, just because they’re going to be more work… unless you’re already used to taking 4/5 unit classes.

Look at SJSU, do I need to complete Business 201 Law before Transferring or can I do that at that university? Because it says “To be eligible to enroll in upper division business courses at SJSU, business
majors, at MINIMUM, must have completed at least 60 transferable semester units
including the following college equivalents: MATH 071, ENGL 001B, BUS 020, and
BUS 090.” It doesn’t say anything about Business Law, it would really help me out if I could take that out of my schedule.

BUMP

What are the names of the 2 business classes listed?
Also, you say Math isn’t your strong point, but accounting is a lot of math, so you’re effectively taking 2 math classes per semester… Are you sure that’s something you want to do?

So… Business Law is required? I’m a little confused… Or is that a lower level Business Law class you already took prior?

I believe Business Law is required to take prior to entering SJSU. So no I haven’t taken that class. I am wondering if its neccessary to take Business information systems though.
