Would this be considered an upward trend?

Just counting core classes (no electives) I have

Freshman year (4 honors classes)
3 A's
2 B's

Soph year (my ***** year in hs, classes were all honors)
1 A's
4 B's

Jr year (2 AP's 5's on each, rest honors)
4 A's (including both AP's and Pre calc)
1 B

I'm beginning to worry that this doesnt seem like an upward trend as much as it seems that I am very inconsistant... If i don't get in ED to my #1 school I will hopefull have mostly A's on my Mid Year report.

(Reason of doing badly soph year was the simple reason that since my school does 65-100 avgs instead of 4.0 scale, and since honors classes are weighted 1.1, even with my B's i was getting a 95w avg... little did I now that this didnt cut it for top schhols. I worked my butt off jr year and got a 100w avg with A's in all my classes cept for spanish which i got a B...)

So is this an upward trend, or a showing of being inconsistant...

bump 10char

That seems like you had one tough year. Just make sure you explain that to the colleges.

The problem is I don't really have an excuse... my avg from freshman year didnt really change (95w still) the prob is that most of those grades were high 80's.. but B's none the less.
