My brother just got into Gallatin at NYU and as a sophmore in high school my dream school is Stern at NYU.
Would him going to Gallatin help me at all getting into Stern? If so how much?

I don’t think so. NYU is already picky enough in their selection process. I saw another thread where a mom was talking about her two twin daughters. One got accepted while the other got wait listed. They had similar SAT scores as well. I believe if NYU admitted you its because you have something they want, not because your sibling attends the school as well in my opinion.
