Hello,

I applied for Dec 1st scholarship consideration deadline and hadn't received any sort of correspondence about scholarships yet (although I know a lot of people applying by that deadline have already). I know that there must be others who haven't received letters either...but this is me being really paranoid I guess.

Basically here's the situation. After I graduated high school in Shanghai, I took a gap year in Beijing and studied Chinese at a university (non-degree, not for credit either). Then I went to England and I'm taking a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design (which is a one-year course that English students should take before pursuing a degree in art, design or media). When I sent in my transcripts, I only sent in my transcripts for my high school. After I sent in the application I got that status update that said "We require no more additional info..." and so on.

However, I checked onto USC Connect a couple of minutes ago and checked Admission Documents on a whim. The Admission Documents table said that it needed my transcript for my time in Beijing and my time in England now. I have no idea when that update got there - I haven't checked the Admissions Documents in a while. I've uploaded my transcript for Beijing already and have to do the England one tomorrow, but I'm super scared that the reason why I haven't heard back from USC is because I was slow in uploading these transcripts. I'm worried it might have affected scholarship consideration.

Are my fears justified or does the admissions office work differently? I tried calling up the university a while ago but they're swamped with calls and no one picked up, so I thought I'd post the question here just in case.

Gah I'm so nervous now...I want to go to America soooo badly, I really hope this doesn't wreck my chances. I'm sorry if this is a stupid post, I'm just really worried! Thank you!
