Would this one C hurt my chances at all?

I’m class of '20 high school wise…

I’m hoping to attend prestigious colleges such as Duke or Notre Dame, I’ve recently have had a C on my honors bio final.
This is my only C all year (Including midterms, I’ve had 5 B’s and All A’s up to this point), and i still have an A as my final grade in the class, would this one C hurt my chances at all?

I don’t think one exam will kill your chances. Also you should ask your guidance counselor what shows up on the transcript sent to colleges – some high schools just send the final grade.
