I'm planning to take 5 APs next year, and I need some feedback on what APs to take, and not to, and if I'm going to be overloaded or not

This year:
AP US H
AP Calc AB
AP Psych
AP Spanish lang -> self study
*Note: I feel overloaded. My calc class is challenging, but workload is manageable. My 2 social science APs are killing me. Spanish should be a breeze.

Senior Year:
AP calc bc -> self study
AP Macro+Micro econ
AP Lang
AP US Gov't
AP Stats

It depends on your goals, your expectations, and your ECs. If you have moderate ECs (a few clubs, volunteering, but no significant research/job), and have a strong determination, then your 5 APs would be a breeze. Of course, I'm talking on the standard of a upper elite urban high school (top 70-150), not for schools like Exeter etc...

I'm taking 4 APs+ 2 pre-APs (3 science total) right now, and I manage to slack off right before the finals!! :)

Besides, if you are only aiming to pull an A (not A+), then, it's a piece of cake. However, if you intend to do competitions, and want ultimately to delve into your AP subject at a real college level, then 5 APs would be overkill. Studying APs without really delving into the subjects at a real college level is just a joke. I know friends who manage to pull B+/A- with 6 APs at the same time, and still slack off.

calc bc shouldnt be much trouble after a year of AB.
stat, in my opinion, is not hard at all.
macro/micro econ shouldnt be bad either, as long as you read the book.
it looks like a really heavy courseload, but if i were you, i would go for it.

do it. i took 5 aps my senior year and it wasn't bad at all. as other people said, if you've already taken calc ab, bc calc is a breeze. stats isn't bad either. i would definitely do it.

3 social sciences are manageable. im taking american gov, world his, and macro/micro econ. i guess you can count that as 4.
of course you'll be reading a lot, but you build up your speed reading/BS skills along the way. im not kidding.

apush is a lotta readin and depends on how determined you are/how easy history is for you. depends on you. also for ap psych, idk much about it, but i heard it is one of the easiest aps out thre. prolly j depends on ur teacher
