Would transferring be a good decision?

<p>Hey guys. I'm currently a freshmen in the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University Park, but I applied to Boston University School of Management and Northeastern College of Business Administration because I want to study in Boston. Even though I have a group of friends here at Penn State (they're international), I always wanted to study in Boston because of the scenery and the good feedback I've always received from that area. I currently have a 3.67 GPA but my common app essay wasn't too good.. Do you guys think my decision is good or bad? Is Penn State a better school than the two or does BU/NEU have advantages?</p>
