Would transferring from one community college to another look bad on transcripts when transferring to a 4-year?

I'm currently in my second semester at Moorpark College and I'm planning to transfer to USC's School of Cinematic Arts for film production. My GPA is currently 3.79 (trying to raise to 3.9 by the end of this semester), I'm in Phi Theta Kappa, the Honors program, and Dean's list. I've been thinking about attending Santa Monica College for the summer semester and possibly for all of next year as well. I feel like I'd have a better chance at getting into USC SCA if I take some film classes at SMC because:
1, I'd gain more experience in film production which could help add to my portfolio
2, I'd be able to get recommendation letters from professors who work in film which could boost my chances at being accepted to SCA
3, SMC apparently has the highest transfer rates in California to some of the best 4-year universities and I'd like to hire my chances at being accepted to USC & possibly some other schools.

The thing is I'm not sure if USC or any other 4-year universities see transferring community colleges as a good or bad thing. I know that USC despises the W mark on transcripts because it shows a lack of commitment to class contracts so I'm wondering if they'd think the same way about changing schools after just 2 semesters.... Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

I don’t think it would be an issue at all as you have a great GPA currently and will continue to do well at the other CC. As long as you keep that GPA the University you eventually transfer to will not be concerned w you transferring from one CC to another.
