<p>Ok, so I got a letter today stating that my Financial Aid Application was not fully completed. I hate to jump the conclusions, but would Penn waste their time telling me that my Financial Aid was incomplete if they were n't going to accept me... especially this late in the admission's process? The leter's dated 3/21.</p>

<p>The undergrad admissions office works separate from the financial aid office, so no, the letter from financial aid does not indicate anything about the rest of your application.
