Ever since I was in 6th grade I have dreamt of going to a certain college. Now that I am a senior I feel a I'd my chances are slim. I have been homeschooled almost all my life and I am not used to tests like the ACT and my scores falter partly because of that. The schools average acceptance is higher than my score. Don't reply about how I should improve my score, I just want to know if sending a letter showing my accomplishments and interests etc would help. The school does not require and essay about yourself for admissions. It is am engineering school and I have went up there every year for a robotics competition that my team has always managed to succeed at.(regional competition is there). I have just fallen in love with the place and can't bear the thought of not going, it's my dream college honestly. And I need a bit of encouragement

Does the school’s application not provide you a method to expres your interests and list your accomplishments? I’d recommend supplement material only if they really provide something completely new about yourself that is lost in the application.

Early admissions is strictly stats but normal admissions have “other things” that effect your chances. oh and could I apply for early admissions and normal if I don’t get accepted early?

That depends from school to school. Some will reject and let you re apply, some will reject and forbid you from re applying, some will choose to defer you to the regular pool.

In your situation, if the early process is deliberately stats-only based, then I would advise you to wait on the regular round. in the meantime, explore other schools and options and create a list of schools making sure to pay attention to safeties and matches. In today’s college admissions world, a lot comes down to luck.
