Would you include this on college appllcations?

I’d include it, and honestly with a 730 on the English portion plus not looking for a math-heavy major nor a super high reach school, I suspect she’ll be fine. She’s not the first student to be better at one than the other and 600 isn’t a bad math score. Many students at my school would love to have it.

Include the modeling etc. The thing that I would be worried about is the test anxiety. I wouldn’t wait for her to outgrow it. College can be stressful. Classes are much harder then what she is taking now. I would talk to someone at school for statergies to help her now. Many kids model but not thousands. Use whatever to her advantage. An essay to link to her school and major could be interesting. Unique, interesting and personal is key.

Sorry to hear that, @Lulusmom55. One potential stress-reducer is that she can always go test optional so there’s no downside. If her practice test scores are much higher, suggest to her to treat a real sitting as a practice test.

The 4.0 is unweighted. Do they look at weighted or unweighted gpa’s? Thanks

There is no one answer that is correct for every college. Many colleges look at unweighted GPA since different high schools weight things differently (and some do not weight GPA.at all). Some colleges recalculate GPA using their own parameters. Colleges do pay attention to the level of HS course rigor.
