My senior is applying to colleges that require ACT or SAT. None requires SAT II. He took the ACT and scored a 30 on the math. His SAT II score on Math 2 was a 640. Is there any reason why he would want to submit that SAT II score? Thanks!

a score of 640 would put your son at the 49th percentile for Math II. It’s tough to get a high percentile since most who take it are really good at math and even with a score of 800 you’d only be at the 91st percentile. Personally, i wouldn’t add it if he is applying to a school that is heavy on math ability.

Can’t think of any reason.
