WOULD YOU RATHER--Boarding School Edition

Exeter. Opportunities, cell service, less strict dress code (not by much, though).

Andover or Episcopal?

Andovah–clusters.

Choate or Middlesex?

Choate — campus, proximity to NYC

Lawrenceville or Hotchkiss?

Lawrenceville, convenient location, better atmosphere

Milton or Deerfield?

Deerfield, no lower school.

St. Mark’s or NMH?

nmh because of its food

taft or nmh

NMH because of its food.

SPS or Hotchkiss?

Hotchkiss, campus in the fall was absolutely lovely.

SAS or Culver?

SAS because I don’t really know Culver at all.

Hotchkiss or Choate?

Hard, but Hkiss bc of the lake.
Choate or SPS?

SPS because of the facilities, campus and because it’s 100% boarding.

Deerfield or Lawrenceville?

Lawrenceville because of the house system.

SPS or Choate?

This is hard, but probably SPS because of the absolutely gorgeous campus.

Exeter or Deerfield?

Exeter. Diversity, opportunities, less strict dress code +a million other reasons!

SPS or Exeter?

Less strict dress code? I was under the impression that Exeter was the strictest.

For guys, Exeter does not require jackets.

@mrnephew Not at all! Just look at The Exeter Dresscode on tumblr and at Deerfield’s website.

Hotchkiss and St. Andrew’s are also up there, I think.

Huh. My friends at E are exaggerating again. Last time it was about how they didn’t sleep for three days straight

Hotchkiss is one of the strictest, with jacket and/or tie for boys and a bunch of various requirements to limit the girls. Deerfield is pretty close to that, if not stricter. I know girls have to have two layers as for tops (a top and sweater or blazer). Exeter is more about not showing up in gym clothes or pajamas I think
but any kid living it will complain about it.

Hill’s gotta be pretty high up there, but let’s get back to the game!

SPS or Exeter?
