Would you rather take...

A)2 lunch periods
B) one lunch period and a lame/joke class(gourmet cooking, ASL, hot spots)
as a senior if those are your only two choices?

Assuming you are not interested in the class and it neutrally affects your GPA
Assuming there are no other classes avaliable or classes are full

ASL isn’t lame! i wished my school had that! I’m fluent.

I didn’t mean it like that. I meant a class that is considered to be too easy or a joke that a college would deemed the class trivial

ASL is NOT lame! I’m taking it this year, and it’s going to be AWESOME so you’d just better take that back!
On a more helpful/serious note, I’m sure they’d prefer the (SO-CALLED) “lame” class over the double lunch, especially if it’s in something helpful, like ASL or cooking (well, it’s nice to know!). Double lunch leaves them wondering “What were you doing in all that free time?” and another class shows that you want to absorb more in that limited time. A “joke” course is better than none (though a non-joke one is even better…)

Could someone please review my junior year schedule and critique it if it is good for elite colleges?

Honors English 11
Honors US History
AP Psychology
AP Biology
AP Calculus BC
Human Anatomy & Physiology
Spanish IV

Gourmet cooking sounds like an awesome class.

What is ASL and “hot spots”?

American Sign Language, perhaps.

YEP! Coolest thing ever! I was going to do Braille also in my course but it was dropped due to lack of interest :(… oh well.
And I was wondering too, what is hot spots?
