Would you receive a "0" for doing this?

Let's say you take AP Studio Art:Drawing, and you find some pictures that are drawn online, and you copy the idea but change it a little to make it your own. Would you receive a "0" on the AP Exam for doing that? Would the graders know you copied someone else?

Seriously?

Define “a little.”

There’s no such thing as a 0, they would cancel your score, and I would say your probably going to get caught for plagiarism.

If you were caught your score would be canceled, and you’d probably get in trouble for academic dishonesty. CB probably won’t do anything beyond canceling, but your school might punish you. BTW, as the poster above me said, there is no such thing as a 0 on an AP test.

The good news is that there’s now way to ‘Google’ a picture like you can google text to see if it’s been plagiarised. The only risk you run is that the graders might recognize the picture and might investigate further. But seriously, do you think a grader who probably takes less than two minutes to look at your work and has literally 5000 art portfolios to grade will be very aware or even care if they think if someone is plagiarised?

The other piece of good news is that you didn’t plagiarise if you changed it up enough. If a ‘little’ is a few tiny details, it’s plagiarised. But if you significantly changed it up, then it’s not.
