Would you say it's easy to get into UC Irvine?

<p>I'm trying to be realistic about picking safety schools. Here are my stats:</p>

<p>weighted GPA ~4.45
SAT critical reading: 710
SAT math: 680
SAT writing: 670
haven't taken sat2s yet</p>

<p>I'm pretty confident about getting in, but the UCs are getting pretty selective, so I don't really know. Do you think UC Irvine could realistically be my safety school?</p>

<p>Assuming you’re in state, yes. I know plenty of people that got into UCI with less than a 2000 SAT and 4.0 GPA. Your scores are in the top quarter of all students, so you’ll probably be fine.</p>

<p>If you want to be absolutely sure, apply to one other lower tiered UC, but it’s probably not necessary.</p>
