Wouldn't it be weird to include an ivy league fly-in program on A DIFFERENT ivy's application?

I got into and attended UPenn's fly-in, and the admissions officers there seemed to be of the opinion that it wouldn't hurt to include this program on other apps. I thought this was really weird, and other kids agreed. Wouldn't this be sending other schools the message that you're serious about a school that isn't theirs? Also, i wouldn't even know where this would be included on the common app (definitely not under the activities section...maybe an honor).

My parents also thought that I should include it, and that it would impress other admissions officers. I still disagree.

Thoughts?

It isn’t really an accomplishment, IMHO. I guess I would put it on the college that flew you in, but I would not put it on the others. You could mention it in “Additional Information” for the college that flew you in.

@intparent‌ that’s exactly what I was thinking to do
