I think I'm startin a little late with all this college stuff. I'm sorta just an average student(maybe a lil above?) but want to reach high! my GPA is good but my SAT scores could use some help. So maybe you guys can help me because you all seem really experienced. Here are some stats

unweighted GPA-4.0
weighted unsure

unweighted rank-1
weighted rank- 5
out of 293 students

SAT's
Critical Reading: 630
Math: 670
Writing: 670 (10 on essay)

US Hist: 680

i plan on taking the ACTs in september! i should be able to get a much higher math score, I don't know why it was a 670. I took a practice ACT test and scored a cumulative of 28...and that was with a low 21 on science. I think i can study and bring that up. my goal is a 29 or 30 on the real on.

umm what else..

my courses are most difficult i would say that my school offers. I have had AP US, Ap World, 2 AP English, Ap Calc, AP Cal 3, Ap Econ, Ap Physics and four years of orch and some of the stupid necessary crap like health and gym

i dont do well on AP tests hahah all the ones i have taken i get 3's on except a 4 on CALC

national honor society, nationa foreign language honor society, MuAlphaTheta

school plays

orchestra

father is turkish, speaks turkish...i dunno if that helps

AND NOW FOR COLLEGES:
i really like COLUMBIA...i think it's just a go for it school. i want to apply early decision or is it not even worth it?! hopefully i can get my sat 2's and ACT in before the deadline
