I didn't. They didn't ask for it. If they cared, they would have asked. I did however add a discription of each activity and in what capacity I contributed.

does training for a marathon count as special interests or could they care less

well they care about sports so why wouldn't they care about training for a marathon? just make sure you put hrs/wk and wks/yr. and thumper, i would suggest sending in a new activity summary that has hrs/wk and wks/yr. it makes a huge difference as far as their understanding and the overall presentation of the resume. you should probably fax it to them.

Is it too late to send in an activity sheet now... given I applied for the December 11 deadline?

Ugh, oh well. I remember that was the one section I didn't really look over when hectically checking and re-checking my app for errors. I don't even know what I wrote... No biggie I hope. (?)

call them up? I would guess it'd be okay; it's not like they have finished checking them.

Just checked app, and the damage isn't THAT bad... I listed each activity name (they're all self explanatory anyway, none merit particular explanation or anything), put year of involvement and my leadership positions in each... And in the short answer essay I elaborated on my main one anyhow... So oh well, they got a ****ty version of my activity list... I figured it wasn't that big a deal since they basically just gave you a box that said, "'Activities" (huge diff from UC app!!!)
