ACT is making my life harder......! I don't know which score to send now, or should I send both?

Here are my scores:
October
C:30
E:27
R:26
M:34
S:31
Essay: 7

December
C:29
E:25
R:32
M:30
S:29
Essay: waiting...but very certain that it will be a lot better since I wrote a page more and a lot more organized and detailed.

I am first generation Asian, so I am thinking about sending the October score to most colleges since Asians are supposed to be better at Math;however, I never expected a 32 on reading this time.... I made 19 the first time and reading has always been my worst section. What should I do???? I am thinking about sending the second one since my worst part has always been reading, but I am not that rich to send too many score reports and not sure if a lower composite will negatively affects me.

Hmmmm...... I would say definitely send both........

But if you can ONLY send one...... wow that's a pretty tough decision.
Here's one way to look at it: On your october scores, your reading is the ONLY one that's lower (albeit, quite a lot lower). On your december scores, everything else (including composite) is lower. So, I'd go with October (and I'm saying this still with reservation, as sending both will be ideal).

**Also, I completely agree with the posters above, a 30 looks quite a lot better than a 29, even though it's a one point difference (it's like the whole 2290 vs. 2300 dilemma on the SATs, which as fate would have it, I get stuck on the short end of the stick arrgghh)

Once again, if you can send both, I'd STRONGLY suggest that. Of course, you can always send both to maybe one or two schools and just one to the rest.

I think I will wait till I see the writing score.... if a it is like a 10 or higher, I will send both to most schools. If not, then I will just send the October one. It will cost my parents a few hundred bucks.... they aren't going to be happy....
