<p>id say brown and wesleyan would be good fits for you. i dont think that ecs and essays can make up for a horrendous academic record, but they can for slight problems with scores. Id say your scores are pretty good so at that level your essays and ecs could have a huge impact. id say theyd be more helpful at a non-ivy, like wesleyan, because ivys have so many great students who have long lists of ecs and flawless essays along with their perfect academic records. to answer the race question, i would apply as hispanic just because that will probably help you more since top schools tend to have a lot of asians.</p>
